2. Right of Withdrawal

3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product
- The product must be returned in the same condition as received

4. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or had their seal broken (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Products that have been used or consumed
- Products that are not in their original condition due to reasons other than examining the product as you would in a physical store
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at infocenter@quazrelxtraxylon.world within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your wish to return the product.
- We will confirm your return request and provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
- Include your order number and contact details inside the package.
6. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund amount will include the product price and original standard shipping costs (if applicable).
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products

- We will cover the return shipping costs
- You will receive a full refund or replacement product at your choice
- You have the right to a remedy under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), which provides a 2-year warranty period for defective products
